This site is a tribute to Carol Carter, who was born in Danbury Palace on October 27, 1945, while it was beung used as a maternity hospital during WWII.
She was much loved by her family and friends and will always be remembered for being fabulous and funny and kind.

Thoughts
After over 70 years of friendship we shared some tears but an awful lot more laughs.She had a wonderful imagination and could keep us all enthralled with her stories even in Moulsham Juniors.
For at least the last 25 years I always so enjoyed her annual visits. Her kindness and sense of fun were exceptional and the support she gave me on my sad and difficult visits to England were outstanding
I miss her so much but in my head.when shopping for youthful outfits I hear her wise words”I think not!!”

Carol was a very dear friend of mine. We have known each other since we retired. We often spent time together doing a bit of shopping, going to the cinema and theatre together. We had fun on a holiday in Greece.
Carol was always great company, she was interesting, knowledgeable, fun and very kind.
She enjoyed making jewellery and taught me how to make some too.
I miss her very much and hope she rests in peace. Love, Lisa x
